Cleaning the toko school coop
Equipment/Materials
- Spade/shovel
- Broom/brush
- Gloves
- Wheelbarrows/bucket
- Hay
- Sawdust
- Old clothes or overalls
- Gumboots
- Dust mask
Steps
1. first thing you need to do is put your old clothes or overalls, gumboots and gloves. If i was you i would put on a dust mask on so you don’t breathe in germs and dust .
2. The next thing you need to do is to clean out the plastic because it can kill chickens or just make them very sick One way how the plastic might of got in there the chickens might have got it outside and bring it inside the coop
3. Then clean the wood. On the wood there might be some poo. Put the poo in a bucket or a wheelbarrow then put the poo from the wheelbarrow in the compost.
4. After that you need to put new hay in the nesting boxs. To do that you might want to put gloves on so you don't get germs. clean out the hay so there is no bugs in the coop and no spider webs and mould. Also get a wheelbarrow or bucket to put the dirty hay in.
5. Then you need to clean out the hay and wan out fethes. To do that you need a shouvl and buckit to put the hay, sawdust and dirt in.
